The Information Systems Department is seeking a System Development Engineer to work on web and open systems. You will be involved in the entire product lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and operation of services like "Benefit Station" and "Hapirus". Hybrid work up to 2 days per week (depending on business situation). Location: Tokyo (Shinjuku Park Tower, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo). Flextime available (core time 10:00-15:00).
Salary: Monthly 290,000 - 520,000 JPY, Annual 5,000,000 - 8,000,000 JPY. Includes fixed overtime pay (50,000 JPY/month for 20-30 hours); excess hours paid separately. May be hired as a management supervisor, in which case fixed overtime pay does not apply.
