Copia is seeking a Platform Engineer to lead the design, construction, and operation of company-wide cloud infrastructure. This role involves improving reliability and security, and you will work with AI coding agents to build robust cloud foundations for rapidly growing businesses like GFS and Shigoto AI.
Must-haves
- Practical experience designing and operating cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS).
- Experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi, CloudFormation).
- Experience establishing and operating CI/CD environments (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- Experience establishing Monitoring/Alert infrastructure (e.g., Datadog, CloudWatch).
- Experience designing authentication and authorization infrastructure (IAM).
- Ability to commute to the office 3 days a week.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience establishing company-wide security baselines.
- Experience improving development environments to increase development speed.
- Experience promoting SRE activities (SLO/SLI, post-mortem culture).
- Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
