Lead the development of avionics systems for eVTOL aircraft, focusing on power and propulsion systems. You will provide technical direction, lead the development team, and contribute to system design and test equipment setup. Collaborate with product managers and other lead engineers to drive the overall aircraft development program.
Hybrid/Remote options available. Locations: Toda City, Saitama (Hybrid: Mon/Wed/Fri onsite, Tue/Thu remote) and Minamisoma City, Fukushima (primarily weekdays onsite). Business trips within Japan and overseas may be required.
Salary range: 400,000 - 1,000,000 JPY/month. Annual salary: 4,800,000 - 12,000,000 JPY. Probation period: 3 months (same conditions). Company provides housing support (first month's rent, deposit, key money) and relocation assistance.
