Seeking a Project Manager with an engineering background to bridge development and business. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from requirements definition and development system design to progress management and client negotiations.
Must-haves
- Development experience in backend, frontend, web applications, or cloud.
- Experience in web application development (design, development, or technical lead).
- Management experience with responsibilities in project management, progress management, team/vendor management, client negotiation, and requirements definition.
- Experience driving development projects, including system design, staffing, cost estimation, and progress management.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing applications using Generative AI/LLM (RAG, Agents, etc.).
- Experience as an implementer who can also code.
- Experience in IT consulting or creating proposal documents.
- Experience using RDB like PostgreSQL or Vector DB.

Other notes
Annual salary: ¥8,000,000 - ¥12,000,000. Probationary period: 3-6 months (contract employee status during probation, no change in conditions).
