Must-haves
- Experience in project management, PMO, or project promotion
- Ability to proactively identify issues and involve stakeholders
- Willingness to flexibly incorporate new technologies and ideas
- Experience in consulting, AI utilization, DX promotion, business improvement, AI/DX human resource development, or system development
- Ability to drive projects independently

- Experience in new client acquisition, existing client development, relationship building, and issue hearing
