A2Z is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of new 0->1 products in the AI x HR domain. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, requirements, and driving rapid iteration cycles in collaboration with business, engineering, and marketing teams.
Must-haves
- Experience in product development for web services or SaaS.
- Experience driving requirements definition to release in a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, and business members on specifications and prioritization.
- Experience in hypothesis generation, validation, and improvement based on user needs.
- Understanding of technical constraints and ability to discuss implementation details with engineers.
- Ability to self-organize and drive progress in a highly uncertain 0->1 phase.
- Ability to prioritize product development with business growth and user acquisition in mind.
Nice-to-haves
- Hands-on experience as an engineer.
- Knowledge of HR Tech, HR domain, SaaS, or platform services.
- Experience with AI development tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
- Experience in data analysis using SQL or BI tools.
- Experience launching new businesses or products in the 0->1 phase.

Work style
Onsite in Tokyo (Shibuya-ku, Hiroo). Standard working hours are 10:00-19:00 with a 1-hour break. Overtime is available.

Annual salary range: ¥9,000,000 - ¥30,000,000. Employment type: Full-time (no fixed term). Probationary period: 3 months (same conditions apply).
