A2Z is seeking a Full-stack Engineer to drive the development of Uppers, an AI-powered scout database for high-level IT professionals. You will be involved in building new 0->1 products using AI in the HR domain, working closely with product managers, designers, and business leaders.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of practical experience in full-stack web application development using TypeScript
- Experience driving features from requirement definition to implementation and release, spanning both front-end and back-end
- Proven ability to define implementation strategies and build solutions from ambiguous requirements
- Experience collaborating closely with non-engineering members like Product Managers and Designers
Nice-to-haves
- Experience implementing front-end with awareness of API design and back-end data integration
- Experience in performance optimization, display speed improvement, and system stability
- Experience developing features using LLMs or generative AI, or products utilizing AI APIs
- Experience developing services in the HR domain (recruitment, job searching, staffing, etc.)
