We are seeking a Database Engineer to design and build our data infrastructure for our industry-leading business matching service, "Recru.". The team is transitioning from a package system to a proprietary system, and while a data foundation on BigQuery is established, there's a significant opportunity to leverage this data for business decisions and operations.
Must-haves
- Experience designing and standardizing data management layers (Raw / Analytics / Mart)
- Experience building data models and pipelines using BigQuery and dbt
- Experience building CI/CD environments, code management, and documentation
Nice-to-haves
- Experience defining requirements for KPI dashboards for sales and management
- Experience integrating with BI tools
- Experience building feature stores for Vertex AI integration
- Experience consolidating internal spreadsheets and promoting BI integration
