Raksul is seeking a Backend Engineer to develop and operate core business systems for their SCM domain. You will focus on designing systems that support business growth by implementing Domain-Driven Design principles, ensuring both flexibility and robustness.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of development experience in type-safe languages like Go (or Java, C#)
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL
- Experience building and operating cloud-native infrastructure on AWS
- Experience in a Tech Lead role
- Experience driving projects by communicating with stakeholders in business web application development
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing foundational systems
- Experience designing and developing systems using microservices and REST APIs
- Experience with DDD and Clean Architecture

Work style
Onsite, Tokyo (Azabu-dai Hills, Minato-ku). Flex-time with core hours 11:00-15:00 (10:00-15:00 on Mondays). Standard 8-hour workday.
Other notes
Annual salary range: 8,700,000 JPY - 13,000,000 JPY. Includes fixed overtime pay (45h) and fixed late-night pay (20h); excess hours paid separately. Bonus twice a year.
