The AX Development Department is seeking an Advanced Technology Engineer to leverage digital technologies, including AI, to provide valuable products and services to customers and agents. This role involves creating new business areas by integrating insurance and non-insurance services, with examples including developing digital human avatars, AR services, and digital marketing platforms using generative AI.

Work style
Hybrid work is utilized, with a recommendation for about 2 days of office work per week. Standard working hours are 9:00-17:00 (7 hours) with a flextime system (no core hours).
Other notes
Monthly salary: 320,000 - 489,000 JPY. Annual salary: 6,500,000 - 10,500,000 JPY. Bonus paid 3 times a year (March, June, December). Includes various allowances such as commuting, remote work maintenance, and relocation.
