As an AI Engineer, you will develop AI solutions using real estate management operational data to improve internal productivity (internal DX). You will be involved in client-facing development and internal tool creation, with the ratio adjustable to your preferences.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of practical development experience using Python
- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure construction and operation
- Experience in system development through contract development
- Experience in basic and detailed design
- Experience in developing and tuning products using AI or LLM
- Skills in creating specification documents and design documents

- Experience in requirement definition and QCD management as a PM
- Experience in design leadership and code reviews as a Tech Lead
- Experience in engineer management
- Experience in developing large-scale projects in environments requiring high security

Work style
