We are seeking a Corporate IT Lead to drive IT environment transformation during our second founding period. This role involves leading the design and implementation of Zero Trust security and managing internal SaaS governance, while also managing a team.
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and SaaS product導入, design, and operation within an information systems department.
- Hands-on experience implementing and operating at least two products from Zero Trust networks (SASE, CASB, ZTNA), IDaaS (Entra ID, Okta), or MDM (Intune, Jamf).
- Experience in team management of 3+ people or as a Project Manager (PL/PM) leading cross-functional projects.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in infrastructure design and construction in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of ISMS security certification operation, IT governance formulation, and audit response.
- Experience in infrastructure construction and automation using IaC (Infrastructure as Code).
- Experience in establishing an internal CSIRT or leading security incident response.
