- Experience with cloud migration projects
- Experience in technical explanation and coordination with PMs and vendors
- Experience in technical support and task management for team members

- Experience in on-premise to AWS/Azure migration
- Experience in server, storage, and backup infrastructure upgrades
- Experience in monitoring infrastructure, operations design, and operational improvements
