We are building and strengthening our QA team to improve system quality and maximize development speed across multiple products. As a QA Engineer, you will lead the creation of quality assurance mechanisms from an engineering perspective, going beyond manual testing.
Must-haves
- Experience in test planning and test design for multiple products (Web/App)
- Experience in manual test execution and directing/managing QA testers
- Experience in operating and maintaining test automation (e.g., E2E tests)
- Experience in bug reporting, analysis, tracking, and providing feedback to the development team
- Participation in reviews from the requirements definition and specification drafting stages to prevent rework
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in team management through direction and progress management of QA testers
- Practical skills in operating and maintaining E2E test automation
- Experience as QA from the upstream stages of requirements definition and specification drafting
- Experience building quality assurance mechanisms from scratch in close collaboration with the development team (engineers, PdM)
- Experience in establishing and strengthening the quality assurance system in the growing pet insurance industry
