Loglass is seeking a Product QA Lead to define quality standards for their new AI-native SaaS product from scratch. You will be responsible for enhancing service and product quality using engineering and AI skills, and leading process quality improvements in collaboration with lead engineers and product managers.
Must-haves
- Experience in web application test analysis, design, and execution.
- Experience using generative AI (Cursor, Claude Code, LLMs) in a professional setting, or strong willingness and aptitude to do so.
- Experience leading improvements in development and test processes.
Nice-to-haves
- QA experience in an agile development team.
- Engineering skills to design and implement test automation (able to write code).
- Experience building and operating test automation infrastructure.
- Experience with complex domain knowledge (accounting, finance, management).
- Experience with performance, scalability, and reliability testing.
- Knowledge of security quality (vulnerabilities, access control, data integrity).
- Experience verifying multi-dimensional data models and calculation logic.
- Experience evaluating LLM/AI features (prompt evaluation, output verification, hallucination detection).
- Experience operating E2E test infrastructure using automation frameworks like Playwright.
- Experience developing web applications.
