Loglass is seeking a Product QA Engineer to establish quality standards for their new AI-native SaaS product. You will leverage engineering and AI skills to enhance service and product quality, and collaborate with leads to improve development processes.
Must-haves
- Experience in web application test analysis, design, and execution.
- Engineering skills to design and implement test automation.
- Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, LLMs) or strong willingness and aptitude to do so.
- Experience leading improvements in development and test processes.
Nice-to-haves
- QA experience in an agile development team.
- SET experience and experience building/improving test automation infrastructure.
- Experience testing complex domains like accounting, finance, or management.
- Experience designing performance, scalability, and reliability tests.
- Knowledge of security quality (vulnerabilities, access control, data integrity).
- Experience verifying complex multi-dimensional models and calculation logic.
- Experience evaluating LLM/AI features (prompt evaluation, output verification, hallucination detection).
- Experience operating E2E test infrastructure using frameworks like Playwright.
- Web application development experience.
