Join a growing company as a Development Engineer, working on diverse web system development projects including EC systems. You'll participate from the requirements definition stage, communicating directly with clients to translate ambiguous needs into concrete systems. This role offers the chance to take on new challenges and grow your skills across various project phases.
Mainly remote or hybrid remote/in-office projects. Occasional work at client sites in Tokyo wards, Saitama, Chiba, or Kanagawa may be required. Full remote from overseas is not possible.
Annual salary range: ¥4,000,000 - ¥7,000,000+ depending on experience. Includes 20 hours of fixed overtime pay per month. Trial period of 6 months (contract employee status during this period).
