Join a team driving the DX of research sites in Japan by developing in-house SaaS products. Must-haves
- 5+ years of web application development and operation experience (any language)
- 1+ year of experience in upstream processes (requirements definition, basic design) of web applications
- Development experience using web frameworks like Ruby on Rails, Laravel, or Django
- Team development experience using GitHub
- Experience with AI coding using generative AI tools
Nice-to-haves
- Cloud infrastructure construction and operation experience (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
- Frontend design and development experience (React, Next.js, etc.)
- Design, development, and operation experience of AI-powered features/services
- Experience driving projects from requirements definition to release in coordination with stakeholders

Work style
Full remote, flextime with core hours (10:00-17:00). For those living within commuting distance, there are about 2 days of office work per month. Location: Tokyo.
Other notes
Salary: Monthly 500,000 - 670,000 JPY (Annual 6,000,000 - 8,000,000 JPY). Full-time employee. 6-month probation period. No overtime is basically expected.
