ADiXi is seeking an AI Engineer (Lead) to integrate AI into large enterprises, bridging legacy systems with cutting-edge AI. This role involves driving AI strategy and implementation, focusing on practical application and improving development productivity through AI tools.
Must-haves
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AI/Generative AI engineering (LLM, RAG, AI agents, using tools like Dify)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in web application development (TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, C#, Go, Rust, Python)
- Experience building cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- High interest in personal work efficiency and experience using AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT in personal projects or work.
Nice-to-haves
- Code review experience
- Experience from requirements definition to system delivery in large projects
- Consultant experience at strategy/IT/general consulting firms
- Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini in business

Other notes
Salary range: 6,000,000 - 20,000,000 JPY per year. Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime per month; excess hours paid separately. Employment is full-time. Probationary period of 3 months with no changes to employment status, salary, or benefits.
