ContractS is seeking a Customer Reliability Engineer (CRE) to resolve contract-related legacy issues and partner with customers from an engineering perspective. You will investigate technical inquiries, troubleshoot customer environments, and improve product reliability by incorporating customer feedback. Onsite in Tokyo. Monthly Flextime System (Core Time 11:00-16:00).
Annual Salary: 4,500,000 JPY - 7,000,000 JPY. Includes 40 hours of deemed overtime allowance. Reviewed twice annually. Probationary period of 6 months with unchanged conditions.
