The team supports high-frequency development cycles and is transitioning to AI Native development, requiring leadership to scale the organization and enhance technical strategy.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of backend development and operations experience (excluding PoCs or internal services).
- Experience in tech leadership, team building, and process improvement.
- Backend development experience in at least one of the following languages: Go, Ruby, PHP, Java, Python, Typescript, Scala, Kotlin, Dart.
- Ability to drive software development with ownership.
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 or higher) required for advanced communication.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience managing engineering organizations.
- Experience in architecture design and technology selection.
- Development and operations experience with Go and Google Cloud.
- Experience in frontend or mobile app development, or project management.
