Backend Engineers are sought to join a lean team operating the EC site "Kauche", which has achieved significant growth in API traffic and user base. You will be involved in the full cycle of feature development, from requirements definition to implementation and operation, while also contributing to improving the technical foundation and advancing AI-native development practices.
Hybrid, 3 days onsite in Tokyo (Shibuya). Flexible working hours with core time from 11:00 to 15:00.
Annual salary: ¥8,040,000 - ¥15,600,000. Includes 3-month probation period. Stock options that do not expire after leaving the company.
