Seeking Go engineers to lead the backend development of the social EC platform "KAUCHE". You will be part of a cross-functional team, responsible for the entire development lifecycle from requirements definition to operation, while also contributing to improving the technical foundation and implementing AI-native development practices.
Must-haves
- 2+ years of backend development and operations experience (excluding PoCs and internal services)
- Experience in backend development using one of the following languages: Go, Ruby, PHP, Java, Python, Typescript, Scala, Kotlin, Dart
- Ability to drive software development with ownership
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N1 or higher)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in Go and Google Cloud development/operations
- Tech lead, team building, or process improvement experience
- Experience in architecture design and technology selection
- Frontend or mobile app development experience, or PM experience

Work style
Hybrid work (3 days onsite per week) in Tokyo. Flexible working hours with core time from 11:00 to 15:00.

Annual salary range: ¥8,040,000 - ¥15,600,000.
