As a member of the management team, you will oversee all aspects of product strategy, organization, and culture.
1. Product Strategy and Vision Formulation
Collaborate with the executive team to formulate the mid-to-long-term product vision. Design the answer to "Why will Kauche continue to be chosen?" by spanning multiple domains including EC, gamification, social, advertising, and AI recommendations. Develop and execute growth strategies by combining data and customer insights.
2. Overall Product Development Management
Take ownership of the overall product management for the customer-facing app. This includes formulating and managing the product roadmap, optimizing UI/UX, leading feature development, creating and updating PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) and specifications, and managing development scope and progress. You will be responsible for the entire development process.
Lead Product Managers (PdMs) across multiple domains, aligning KPIs and priorities for each domain (EC, Farm, Advertising, Partner, ML) to create a structure that maximizes overall organizational output. Collaborate with diverse functions such as engineers, designers, QA, sales, and operations to balance quality and speed.
3. Product Organization Building and Management
Enhance the capabilities of the product organization through the recruitment, training, and evaluation of PdMs.
You will also be responsible for employer branding and communicating our culture, promoting Kauche's product organization externally.
4. Participation in Management
Contribute to management decisions from a product perspective by participating in management meetings. You will also be responsible for explaining the product vision to investors, partners, and potential hires.

* Experience in a CPO role or equivalent position for a ToC service with hundreds of thousands of users.
