Booost is seeking a Platform SRE (Manager Candidate) to join their team. The role involves building and managing scalable, reliable infrastructure for new products while achieving SOC2 compliance. You will contribute to defining infrastructure roadmaps and ensuring the security and efficiency of cloud environments.
Must-haves
- Experience designing, building, and operating AWS web 3-tier architecture
- Management experience in an engineering or SRE team (2-3 people)
- Experience creating long-term roadmaps
- Experience building and operating Linux servers
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
- Japanese language proficiency (native-like fluency required)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing, operating, and building infrastructure for large-scale services
- Experience leading SRE practices
- Experience building CI/CD environments
- Experience designing, building, and operating container-based architectures
- Experience with Python 3 scripting

Salary range: 8,000,000 - 14,000,000 JPY annually. Flextime system available.
