The Data/AI team is a new team focused on developing Data/AI infrastructure centered on Azure, AI agents, and conducting technical verification for AI-driven development. This role involves building AI applications, developing machine learning solutions, and data engineering using Microsoft Azure services. The team aims to strengthen project execution and support clients' DX initiatives.
Must-haves
- 2-3+ years of work experience in web development, data utilization, or machine learning
- 1+ year of experience in customer interaction or internal negotiation
- 1+ year of coding experience in any programming language (including scripting)
- Ability to communicate and foster team unity in a remote environment
- Ability to collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds
Nice-to-haves
- Practical experience with Microsoft Azure (especially Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Machine Learning) or similar cloud services
- Coding experience in Python or R
- Experience in planning and managing technical training or hackathons
- Experience in planning and developing in-house services utilizing Data/AI

Annual salary: ¥5,000,000 - ¥8,000,000. Performance reviews are conducted 4 times a year.
