Seeking Product Managers to lead Japan's largest virtual live streaming service featuring 2D characters. You will be responsible for maximizing product value and driving business growth by analyzing user needs, trends, and data to plan and promote product improvements.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in product management or direction for web services or smartphone apps.
- Experience in extracting issues, hypothesis testing, and planning/executing measures based on data analysis (quantitative/qualitative).
- Practical experience from wireframe design and requirements definition to detailed specification development.
- Experience leading and promoting projects with cross-functional teams including engineers and designers.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with large-scale consumer-facing services or platforms (high member count, high traffic).
- Interest or experience in services related to 2D characters (VTubers, streaming apps like IRIAM, social games, etc.).
- Experience managing agile team development, such as Scrum.
- People management experience (training plans, 1on1s, evaluations).
Work style
Hybrid, Tokyo. Remote work is possible, but may require office attendance based on department judgment. Inquire about actual work practices during the interview.

Salary: 7,000,000 JPY - 12,000,000 JPY per year. Probationary period: 3 months.
