ANDPAD is seeking Ruby Engineers to join their team and contribute to the DX of the construction industry. You will work on a rapidly growing product that aims to improve the working lives of construction professionals in a 50 trillion yen market.
Must-haves

- Experience with schema design and query optimization for RDBMS and KVS
- Knowledge of web application security
- Experience implementing test code

- Experience with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience as a Tech Lead guiding team direction

Work style
Flex time (core hours 11:00-15:00), onsite in Tokyo (Sumitomo Fudosan Tokyo Mita Garden Tower 37F). Remote work is possible.
Other notes
Salary: Monthly 430,000 JPY ~ (Annual 6,000,000 - 12,000,000 JPY). Overtime: Average 15-20 hours/month. Interviews are currently conducted online.
