Hacobell is seeking a Frontend Tech Lead to drive the DX of Japan's 32 trillion yen logistics market. You will lead the frontend domain for the "Hacobell Unso Tehai" matching platform, focusing on technical strategy, architecture, and implementation.
Must-haves
- Experience in frontend architecture design, technology selection, and strategy formulation
- Experience in new design and implementation using React.js / TypeScript
- Experience promoting and executing migration plans from Vue.js to React.js
- Experience enhancing team technical skills through code reviews and design reviews
- Experience with performance improvement and test strategy formulation (Jest, Playwright, etc.)
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Designers on UI/UX specifications
