- Experience in planning, business process, and system construction/implementation for IoT-based smart factories.
- Experience in consulting for factory transformation using smart factory system data.
- Experience in reforming manufacturing sites to enable IoT (e.g., realizing consistency between physical objects and information).
- Experience in consulting for overseas expansion of production models from domestic mother factories.
- Experience in building new manufacturing models (planning, manufacturing, procurement) to reduce lead times and inventory.
- Experience in DX for manufacturing sites and promoting data-based transformations.
