As a Web Development Engineer, you will use technology to identify and solve business challenges. FanRepeat aims to accelerate business operations and foster self-sufficiency through AI-driven development, supporting in-house development, preventing knowledge silos, and automating tasks. You will leverage the latest AI tools like Claude Code and Codex to work directly with clients and solve core business problems.
Must-haves
- Experience in system development to solve business challenges
- Experience with requirements definition and understanding business processes
- Experience with DB design, screen/data design basics
- Experience with implementation, testing, and code reviews
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Next.js (React) / TypeScript for frontend and API implementation
- Experience with Prisma / Supabase for data management
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and CI/CD
- Experience developing business applications with Power Apps
- Experience automating tasks and approval flows with Power Automate
- Experience using AI tools like Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot for implementation
