This role involves establishing an AI Agent Center of Excellence (CoE) and consulting on the implementation of AI Agent-driven business processes. You will support clients in strategy formulation, readiness assessment, value verification (PoC), implementation, and autonomous evolution of AI agents.
Must-haves
- Experience in consulting or implementing AI Agent-driven business processes.
- Ability to diagnose client data, systems, and organizational culture for AI Agent compatibility.
- Experience in building new processes as prototypes and conducting quantitative value verification.
- Experience in implementing verified processes in production environments and supporting company-wide deployment.
- Experience in managing and monitoring AI Agent groups and building continuous learning cycles.
