We are seeking a Development Project Manager who takes responsibility for proposals, planning, quality, and results alongside the technical team, not just updating WBS. You will lead the entire project promotion from proposal and requirements gathering to delivery.
Must-haves
- Experience in proposal, requirements gathering, planning, and delivery.
- Ability to manage progress, quality, issues, risks, and finances.
- Experience in team building (engineers, designers, consultants).
- Ability to gain consensus with clients, adjust specifications, and prioritize.
- Ability to understand technical points and discuss design and feasibility with development members.
- Proactive in identifying issues and moving forward with consensus building.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Generative AI, Cloud, or Agile development processes.
- Experience in mentoring junior PMs, PLs, or engineers.
- Experience across different industries, technologies, and project scales.
- Experience with PoCs or core system renovations.
