Must-haves

Experience in system development and implementation
Experience in building systems using kintone and HubSpot
Experience in data infrastructure development using GCP (e.g., BigQuery)
Experience in business process improvement using GAS
Experience in analyzing sales processes and designing/automating CRM/SFA
Experience in leading system renewal/integration projects
Ability to conduct business process analysis, tool implementation, and operational support
