Support the implementation of our proprietary SaaS service, "YESOD," by working with existing consultants and the COO. This role offers a wide range of tasks, from customer support and business process organization to system configuration and document creation, with the opportunity to eventually lead implementation projects.
Must-haves
- Experience in implementation projects (document creation, meeting minutes, task management)
- Ability to support customer business flow organization and understand challenges
- Willingness to participate in customer meetings and provide follow-up support
- Ability to support collaboration with the development team
