This role supports business operations from both technical and administrative management perspectives, collaborating with business teams. You will be involved in system operations, maintenance, and development for in-house services, as well as improving internal IT environments using AI tools.
Must-haves
- Experience with system operations and monitoring of web applications (AWS/GCP console, etc.)
- Experience managing and completing development processes from program changes to release, collaborating with partner engineers
- Experience with schedule coordination and execution of release operations
- Experience maintaining operation manuals and documentation
- Experience responding to technical inquiries (data extraction, specification confirmation)
- Experience with account management and permission inventory for internal IT tools
- Experience with IT control responses related to ISMS and internal audits, and security checks
Nice-to-haves
- Experience developing and operating business improvement systems using AI tools
- Experience supporting and handling tasks when the main person in charge is absent
