We are hiring Backend Engineers to support the growth of our in-house services due to business expansion. You will be responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of in-house products, primarily using Laravel, in collaboration with our engineering team and directors.
Must-haves
- Experience in backend development
- Experience with Laravel
- Experience with MySQL (design, implementation, performance tuning)
- Experience with Web API design and implementation
- Experience investigating and resolving operational issues
- Experience developing and maintaining client EC site platforms (e.g., Rakuten Ichiba, Yahoo! Shopping, Future-shop)
- Experience developing internal business tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Apps Script, BigQuery, GCP)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with technology selection and architecture design for new services
- Experience building development teams and leading outsourced partners
- Experience in requirements definition and specification development
- Strong understanding of backend knowledge and attention to detail
