- Experience building and promoting company-wide information security systems.
- Experience in planning and executing security strategies and measures with an eye toward business growth and IPO.
- Experience in establishing information security governance, including security policies, regulations, and operational flow.
- Experience in risk management, including evaluating company-wide security risks and planning/promoting risk reduction measures.
- Experience in building incident response systems.
- Experience in security education and fostering a security culture.
