Belong, an internal startup of Itochu Corporation, is developing a real x tech data platform for their B2C used smartphone business. As a Software Engineer, you will lead backend development, focusing on API integrations with major domestic and international companies and systemizing the purchasing infrastructure. This role is ideal for those who want to accelerate business through technology.
Must-haves
- Proactive AI utilization for productivity in programming and documentation.
- 2+ years of experience in web application (backend) development and operation.
- Experience leading technology selection, architecture design, and construction for entire services.
- Experience with RDB table design and operation (MySQL/PostgreSQL etc.).
- Experience operating public clouds like GCP or AWS (especially serverless products).
- Fluent Japanese communication (Business level or JLPT N1 equivalent).
Nice-to-haves
- Development experience with Go, or construction experience with Protocol Buffer/gRPC API integration systems.
- Experience linking application data with DWH (BigQuery etc.).
- Development experience with multi-tenant SaaS, authentication, and authorization features.
- Team lead or project promotion experience (or strong aspiration for it).
- Experience building/improving development workflows using AI agents and AI coding tools.
