Must-haves
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tech Lead in an engineering organization.
- Minimum 8 years of practical experience as an engineer.
- Experience operating CI/CD tools and developing with container technologies like Docker.
- Experience designing and operating services using relational databases (RDB).
- Experience developing using public cloud platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure, etc.).
- Strong abstract design capabilities.
- Ability to actively utilize AI for productive output (programs, documentation, etc.).
- Fundamental knowledge of computer science (data structures, algorithms, networks, etc.).
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of building and operating multi-tenant B2B SaaS.
- Experience designing and operating authentication/authorization features (OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, etc.).
- Experience systemizing and automating business workflows.
- Experience as an engineering manager.
