Lead the design, development, and operation of the "Dispatch Instruction Product," a critical internal system managing the flow of used devices. This role involves improving system robustness and technical capabilities to support business growth.
Must-haves
- Experience making technical decisions (technology selection, design direction) and completing projects.
- Experience guiding junior engineers, conducting code reviews, and providing education.
- Ability to actively utilize AI for productive output (programs, documentation).
- Fluent Japanese communication (Business level or JLPT N1 equivalent).
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of design for maintainability/modifiability (Clean Architecture, DIP).
- Experience with DDD (Domain-Driven Design) and domain modeling.
- Knowledge of advancing/automating development processes with Generative AI (SDD, AI-DLC).
- Experience with large-scale refactoring or re-architecting existing systems.
Work style
Hybrid work with 3 days/week in the Tokyo office (Chiyoda-ku).
