Canscan is seeking a Software Engineer to join a new team focused on product development and Digital Transformation (DX) in the healthcare field. This role involves developing and operating systems to maximize team output and preparing specialized agent harnesses for analytical purposes, contributing to preventive medicine in Japan.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in system development (any type)
- Development experience using public clouds such as AWS / Google Cloud (personal development or learning level is acceptable)
- Comfortable collaborating with non-engineers
- Willing to embrace new technologies
Nice-to-haves
- Development experience using Python
- Basic knowledge of SQL (experience using RDBMS)
- Interest in data engineering (libraries like Pandas/Polars, large-scale data processing)
- Interest in keeping up with new technologies (generative AI, latest libraries) and the healthcare domain
- Enjoy improving and systematizing manual operations
- Enjoy building MVPs quickly
