Develop new laser processing technologies and contribute to their social implementation. You will be responsible for research and development, experimentation, evaluation, and system construction, primarily through hands-on work in the lab and at customer sites.
Must-haves
- Basic knowledge in science and engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, Physics, Applied Physics, Materials Engineering, etc.) (Associate's degree or higher, or equivalent knowledge)
- Practical experience in experimentation, evaluation, verification, or process development at a manufacturer, research institution, or university (field not specified, hands-on data collection experience is valued)
- Ability to analyze technical issues and proactively plan and execute improvement measures
Nice-to-haves
- Practical experience in laser application technology (processing, measurement, alignment, etc.)
- Experience in optical design (e.g., Zemax), optical evaluation, or optical system construction
- Experience in development, design, or evaluation of industrial equipment, production equipment, or FA equipment
- Experience in control/software development (creating measurement/control programs using LabVIEW, Python, C++, etc.)
- Basic design experience of enclosures, jigs, etc. using 3D/2D CAD
- Experience in various material evaluations and analyses
