Must-haves

5+ years of backend development experience for web applications, including code implementation and review (AI tools acceptable).
Experience designing and implementing LLM-integrated applications in production (continuous operation, robustness, security, non-functional requirements).
Experience in architecture design and refactoring in complex domains.
Experience building and operating cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
Tech Lead experience (1+ year) leading a team of 5+, including technology selection and design policy.
Ability to commit 160 hours per month during weekdays.
Must be residing in Japan at the time of joining.
