Must-haves
- Experience designing, developing, and operating web applications or APIs (strong backend knowledge)
- Experience building and operating infrastructure using public clouds like AWS
- Experience as a team leader, conducting code reviews, or managing project progress
- Practical experience in client negotiation and requirements definition
Nice-to-haves
- Practical experience in data engineering (ETL/ELT) for large-scale data
- Experience handling multimodal data (text, images/videos, audio, logs)
- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning (ML) or MLOps construction experience
- PM/PL experience in contract development (SIer, technical consulting)
