Monthly salary: ¥515,000 - ¥680,000 (includes 45 hours of fixed overtime allowance). Annual holidays: 120+ days. Includes various leave types (New Year, GW, annual paid, congratulatory, parental, etc.) and a special 5-20 day leave every 2 years. Benefits include proximity allowance, commuting allowance, health check-ups, mental health support, and personal coaching.
