Seeking a Backend Engineer to join a growing development team. You will be responsible for the full cycle of backend system development, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment, as well as maintaining and optimizing existing systems. The company aims to increase its development project ratio, leveraging expertise in system development beyond QA.
Primarily remote work with own members. Work location may vary depending on the project. Onboarding training will be conducted at the Yokohama Headquarters. Remote work is negotiable.
Annual Salary: ¥3,750,000 - ¥4,490,000. Salary increases once a year. Bonus twice a year. Probationary period of 3 months.
