WHI is seeking Product Development Engineers to enhance their flagship HR system, "COMPANY". This role involves all phases of SaaS product development, from planning to operation, with a focus on incorporating new technologies like generative AI to create a next-generation HR SaaS.
Flextime with no core hours and remote work are possible. Office attendance rate is about 10-20%. Location: Head Office (Tokyo), with other offices in Osaka, Nagoya, Hiroshima, and Fukuoka.
Annual Salary: ¥6,000,000 - ¥8,000,000. Bonus twice a year. Casual attire is acceptable for engineers.
