As a Senior/Expert Software Engineer, you will lead the development of new products and features, improve existing ones, and contribute to enhancing development workflows and infrastructure.
Hybrid work style with 4 days per week in the office. Location: Shinjuku, Tokyo. Working hours are 10:00-19:00 with flextime available (10:00-15:00 core hours). Adjustments can be made for those with children.
Salary is negotiable based on experience and abilities. Monthly salary includes a fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours; additional overtime pay provided if exceeded. Probationary period of 3 months.
