SmartBank is a FinTech startup seeking an SRE Manager Candidate to lead a comprehensive renewal of multi-product common infrastructure and drive the SRE department. This role involves collaborating with product engineering to ensure both reliability and development speed, contributing to the creation of new financial infrastructure.
Must-haves
- Experience designing, building, and operating infrastructure using container technologies like Docker, AWS ECS, or Kubernetes.
- Experience designing, building, and operating web application infrastructure using public cloud.
- Experience developing and operating infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
- Experience designing, building, and operating monitoring systems.
- Basic knowledge of networks.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing, building, and operating services using AWS.
- Experience building and operating monitoring infrastructure for fault detection and capacity planning.
- Development experience using programming languages.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI/GitHub Actions.
- Experience designing and implementing SLA/SLO in a development organization.
- Knowledge of security (PCI DSS and financial service operations).
- Experience leading an SRE team or equivalent management experience.
